L'appartamento è climatizzato e dispone di una confortevole camera matrimoniale e una a 2 letti, un soggiorno con divano-letto, televisione32 pollici,una modernissima cucina e il bagno.

Il soggiorno dà direttamente nel grande giardino fronte laguna. Nel giardino si può far colazione.

Se amate l'arte, da noi potrete soddisfare la vostra curiosità artistica perché chi vi ospita è un affermato pittore e decoratore su vetro.

It is located in a scenic location in the lagoon of Venice.
The apartment is air conditioned and has a comfortable double bed room and one with 2 beds, a living room with sofa-bed, 32 inch television, a modern kitchen and a bathroom.
The living room opens directly into the large garden facing the lagoon. In the garden you can have breakfast.
If you love art, we can satisfy your artistic curiosity because your host is an accomplished painter, sculptor and a glass decorator.
